Elim’s Art Concepts began as a small business venture in 2001, while owner and executive designer,
Harold Hart, was still a college student. It was originally a business concept centered around selling art
reproductions, posters and framed decorative pieces.
Elim’s Art Concepts was founded in 2009 in Jackson, MS at the Jackson Medical Mall. During the first two years of operation, we specialized in providing an assortment of decorative art to customers in the Jackson Metro area. As the demand for other services grew, we decided to build our business to cater
to the unique needs of each client. We expanded our services to include digital photo images and
enlargements, custom framing and matting, residential and commercial installations and photo and art
restoration. Today, we offer a huge collection of quality frames, matboards and glazing products for our
customers to choose from.
